Artificial Intelligence Engineer
As an AI Engineer at Neradot, you will develop applications that deeply utilize SOTA AI capabilities. Involving creating new models (training), build model orchestration workflows, and find the best way to measure success.
Must have skills:
- Super comfort with python development environments, both backend and science frameworks (senior level).
- A very good understanding of how LLM works, and expertise in the classical Natural Language Proccessing.
- Proven experience in conducting experiments with generative models (e.g. To answer if model X can perform Y I planned the following process and metrics, and these were the results..)
- A great passion to creating LLM applications, and a proven experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about the role of AI in business.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering (or related jobs).
- A Bachlor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Great Add-Ons:
- Experience with LLM fine tuning training.
- Azure or AWS clouds services experience (Any of databases, storage, compute, networking or machine learning).
- Typescript junior level and above.
-Python frontend with specific frameworks (e.g. gradio, streamlit etc…).
- M.S.c or P.H.D in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
NOTE: This is a client facing position, involving interviewing users and getting feedback from clients. Closely working with product managers in different fields, need to be able to adapt.
Office Manager
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring productivity and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include managing budgets, monitoring supplies, handling communications, and coordinating maintenance. Report progress to senior management and implement improvements. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills required.
